Well, this will totally depend upon the requirement of customer. Given below are some major factors for comparison: –
Based on Time – Kelvin Fully Automatic Composter Machine converts waste into compost in 22- 24 hours while semi-automatic take initially 10-12 days, then start giving output on daily basis.
Based on Area – As Automatic machine is single unit, so it requires smaller area while semi-automatic comes with curing system, so it need more area.
Based on Manpower – As Automatic Machine is completely PLC based, so it after a simple plug and play, turn machine on & it will automatically remove compost after converting waste into compost in 22-24 hrs. while semi-automatic machine carries only mixing of waste and bio culture & then it is transferred to curing system. It requires additional workforce for input of waste into OWC Machine then transfer of it to curing system.
Quality of Compost – Automatic machine compost quality is not as high as semi-automatic machine because it is fast process while in semi-machine compost takes 10-12 days for decomposition, so its quality is best & 100% natural.
