This technology is made in line with present-day needs. It is ideal for clients who need to store space and became the most demandable STP technology. SBR is used for supplying great solutions to wastewater difficulties. It follows a scientific procedure for commercial and municipal infected water treatment. It is the combination of membrane methods like Microfiltration and Ultrafiltration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How does SBR Technology Works?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kelvinindia.in\/sbr\">SBR technology<\/a><\/strong> processes all these units into a single tank for their specific duration and intervals and provides the best treatment very quickly. The SBR technology incorporates a fill-and-draw type biological wastewater treatment process, functionally resembling an activated sludge process. It uses a five stages process for the treatment of wastewater. These stages include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Fill<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>React<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Settle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Draw<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Idle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>When the basin gate is unlocked the tank is loaded throughout the first stage, while blending is handed over by automatic means, but no air is added yet. During the 2nd stage, the aeration of the blended liquor is carried off using positioned or hanging mechanical pumps or by carrying air into light bubble diffusers positioned to the bottom of the tank.
